How will I be billed?
You are billed for the Vendor Days you schedule.  Your credit card will be billed in the month prior to the scheduled Vendor Day event. Any dates booked for the current month after month end billing has occurred will typically be billed weekly on Fridays. For example, a Vendor Day booked for August would be billed to your credit card in July. If you book an additional date for August after the July billing, your credit card will be billed on the next Friday. If you are billed for a Vendor Day that you subsequently cancel in accordance with our cancellation policy or in the rare event of a corporate cancellation, your account will be credited.

Do I need a Sales Tax ID Number?
Sales Tax ID information is required by some corporations.  You are responsible to provide your sales tax ID information each time a company requires it.Back to topback to top

Do I need business liability insurance?
Many corporations require Corporate Kiosk Connections to have a current Certificate of Liability Insurance on file for all vendors that book at their locations. You will be unable to book dates at these locations until will have a current Certificate of Liability Insurance on file. To learn how to provide a Certificate of Insurance click here.

Good business practice dictates that you take adequate measures to protect other people and/or their property against any damage your company and/or its property may cause. About Scheduling Vendor Days:

What does it cost to book Vendor Days with Corporate Kiosk Connections?
Fees for the use of display areas vary from Corporation to Corporation. Fees typically range from $40 to $150. Some Corporations may require a Percentage of Sales on the day of your event. This would be in addition to the Fee that is charged to your credit card and would be payable on the day of the event. The specific rate(s) for each company is available to members on our website.  Vendors are charged for the days they book. All other Corporate Kiosk Connections on-line services are free to members; such as access to company calendars, scheduling services, and other vendor resource information.Back to topback to top

How often can I use your services?
All the time! Our web site is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Members have unlimited access to their calendars and other resources available on our website. Vendors must follow our Standards of Etiquette. Corporate Kiosk Connections reserves the right to terminate your membership and access to our services for breach of Etiquette.Back to topback to top


What is Corporate Kiosk Connections' cancellation policy?
To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 14 days in advance of the scheduled Vendor Day. If you cancel in less than 14 days prior to the scheduled Vendor Day, you are not eligible for a refund. This includes inclement weather. (In the rare situation that the Company cancels an event Corporate Kiosk Connections will notify you, and will credit your account for fees that may have already been paid in association with that event. This includes Companies that close due to inclement weather.)

For example: If you have booked a vendor date for Tuesday, November 15, 2011, you may cancel this vendor date up to 14 days prior to the vendor date to receive a credit. That is, you have up through (and including the date) Tuesday, November 01, 2011 to cancel and receive a credit if you were already billed. But if you should cancel on Wednesday, November 02, 2011 or any time after that you will not receive a credit.

How much room will I have for my display?
Display areas vary at each corporation. Some corporations allow vendors to set up their own display equipment. Others provide 12 feet to 48 feet of tabletop display. What are the Arrival and Departure Procedures?
Each corporation has strict arrival and departure procedures that dictate the arrival and departure times.  Corporate Kiosk Connections provides this information on our website, as well as, directions to find your vendor display area once you are at the location (elevator size and location, stairs, room number, etc.).Back to topback to top


Are there any restrictions on the products I can sell?
